When will we receive any purchased digital copies of the zine?
Please expect to have your digital files sent to your email within a week AFTER preorders close. 

Why will the digital bundles be sent after the preorder period, rather than upon ordering? 
Because this is a charity zine, we want to make sure we minimize the chances of any piracy occuring during the preorder period that could negatively impact the charitable contribution we make. We also want to allow zine contributors as much time as possible to finalize the details they've provided for the zine. 

When will preorders of the zine and any related bundles ship?
For preorders, it can take from 2-4 months to ship if there are no delays in production or shipping. Preorder products are sent for production only once the preorder period is closed. Please contact us if you have any questions about production progress!

Is there any place where you'll be posting updates about the zines?
Yes! Please be sure to visit our Twitter/X account. We will post updates there as we receive zines/merch. 

How long will shipping take?
Shipping is based in the United States. Shipping within the U.S. normally takes about a week. International shipping can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks, depending on your exact location.

Does the shipping come with tracking information?
We utilize USPS First Class Mail shipping for domestic and international orders.
Within the U.S., all purchases will have active USPS tracking numbers available to them. Please be aware that the tracking updates can be spotty between destination/sorting centers.
Outside of the U.S., the tracking information tends to be especially spotty. Once the package leaves the U.S., international tracking may or may not update. 

I have a problem with my shipping address. Can I fix it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot fix the address.

Does the pricing on your items include customs fees?
The buyer is responsible for customs and duty fees. We are based in the U.S, so please be aware that if you live elsewhere, the custom fees generally are depending on the item's price and the origin destination being in the U.S.

I have a problem with my order. What is the policy for refunds/exchange?
We do not accept refund requests on preorders specifically, please read the terms for preorders before purchasing. However, please contact us if you have any issues with your order, especially if the order arrived damaged, so we can find a suitable solution.

Once an item has been shipped, we are not responsible for it. Please be ready to pay any relevant fees and please be sure that your address is correct. Once it has been handed to the post office, the status of the item is out of our own control.
